Argentina contracts 1.1GW of wind and solar, plans 600MW next phase

Argentina will contract 708MW of wind and 400MW of PV after its first renewables tender, while making a surprise announcement that it will hold a second stage later this year for another 400MW of wind and 200MW of solar capacity.
