Areva wins €60m Statoil contract for Sheringham Shoal

French power group Areva has won a €60m contract with Norway’s StatoilHydro to provide offshore and onshore substations for the Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm to be connected to the UK’s electricity grid.
