The project will include 50.6MW of wind energy from Apex’s planned 200-400MW Cotton Plains project in the northern Texas Panhandle region, and 15MW (ac) of onsite PV at Fort Hood.
Apex, based in Virginia, notes that the NOIA announcement moves the Fort Hood project closer to construction and production.
