Apex close to US Army solar-wind contract award

The US Defense Department has issued a “Notice of Intent to Award” (NOIA) a contract to developer Apex Clean Energy for a proposed 65.6MW hybrid solar and wind project that will feed energy to the Army’s Fort Hood complex in Texas.
