ANALYSIS: Congress may opt for one-year PTC/ITC extensions

The US wind industry may have to settle for a one-year extension retroactive to 2014 of two key federal tax incentives by the outgoing Congress, as leaders of both parties push to conclude the “lame-duck” session by mid-December.
