Net loss a year earlier was $14.6m, or 24 cents per share, for the quarter ending 30 September. Revenue was $12.5m compared with $24.2m.
Excluding special items such as a one-time $10.2m charge relating to former customer Ghodawat Energy in India, net loss was $11.8m, or 14 cents per share, versus $10.8m, or 18 cents a year earlier.
In September, an international arbitration court found that the company’s Austrian subsidiary breached a 2008 license agreement with Ghodawat, awarding it $11m in damages and costs, including interest.
