The American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) said the tiny addition came in the first quarter of the year – with none at all being added in the April-June period.
According to AWEA, the standstill bears out its warnings of the dramatic impact of delaying renewal of the federal Production Tax Credit (PTC) until New Year's Day.
