American tribe seeks second wind farm on its lands

The Campo Band of Mission Indians of the Kumeyaay Nation is linking up with wind developer Invenergy and US utility San Diego Gas & Electric to build an up to 160 megawatts (MW) wind farm on the tribe's lands.
