An "industrial cluster" will be created at Quai Joannès Couvert for the machines, in the frame for the Baie de Saint-Brieuc, Dieppe Le Tréport and Yeu-Noirmoutier wind power projects, including factories for the production of key components — bearings, generators and gearboxes — from its "partner" contractors.
