Developers in October brought 200MW of large wind capacity into commercial operation, 33MW of solar and 10MW of wind, FERC says in its latest Energy Infrastructure Update.
In January through October they brought 4.178GW of wind into commercial operation, more than double 2.03GW a year earlier, and 1.407GW of solar, compared to 1.928GW.
After wind, natural gas was the next largest source of new capacity in the first 10 months with 3.528GW,
