The companies will jointly build and commission the Alisios project, which will consist of four 20MW sites, according to an online statement.
The sites include Vientos de la Perla and Vientos de Miramar, located in Costa Rica’s Liberia region, and Altamira and Campos Azules, in the country’s Tilarán region.
They did not reveal the terms of the deal.
