Petroleum and energy minister Tord Lien on Friday presented a White Paper on energy policy that foresees no introduction of new targets under the green certificate system after 2020.
Renewables projects that are commissioned during 2020 or 2021 would still be eligible for support under the current system for a period of 15 years, but new projects would have to be operated without support.
