Scotland’s forthcoming ScotWind offshore wind leasing round has been delayed for a second time until after Marine Scotland’s draft Sectoral Marine Plan (SMP) is published in the autumn.
Details of the round were originally scheduled to be released by Crown Estate Scotland in October, but will now wait for the marine body to report its own proposals for the country's waters.
