Spain’s national renewable energy R&D centre, CENER, has inked a deal with Norwegian consultancy CoreMarine to set up what is thought will be the first ‘one-stop-shop’ for floating wind engineering.
The duo will support projects from research and design studies to simulation-testing of components, detailed engineering and installation support, with a focus on floating foundations, mooring and dynamic cable analysis.
