The company planning Canada’s first offshore wind farm said it has agreed a provisional deal with an unnamed major industry player.

NaiKun Wind Energy Group hopes to announce a definitive agreement within “the next few weeks” that will “provide leading-edge technical expertise, dedicated financial resources, and will establish a framework for a long-term relationship”.
