European OEM, Siemens Gamesa (SGRE) has received the first order in Brazil for its localised SG 3.4-132 wind turbines, the largest machine accredited by the National Development Bank (BNDES).
The firm order came from local developer Brennand Energia for construction of the Honorato and Arizona wind farms. SGRE will deliver 27 of the new machines for the 94MW complex by mid 2020.
