German state secretary Bareiss says 20GW offshore target possible

Raising Germany’s offshore wind target to 20GW is possible, Thomas Bareiss, state secretary in the country’s economics and energy ministry, said.

Bareiß didn’t attach a year to the higher target for wind at sea, though, and linked it to a shift from onshore to offshore wind.
