Utility giant Enel started building its first wind farm in Russia, in another boost for the emerging renewable energy sector in the gas-rich nation.

The 90MW Azov wind farm in the Rostov region of southern Russia is due to enter service in 2020, said Enel Green Power, the renewables arm of the Italy-based group.
