Certification body DNV GL has given its seal of approval to the innovative 28MW Nissum Bredning offshore wind power project developed by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) off Thyborøn, in north-western Denmark.
The project certificate, which covers everything to site conditions assessment through design evaluation to commissioning of the four-turbine project, is a key milestone for the long-running pilot, which bolts together SWT-7.0-154s,
