Argentina is set to miss its target of a 12% renewable energy share by the end of 2019, despite hitting the 1GW landmark of new installed non-hydro capacity.
This week's start of operations at the 36MW La Banderita project takes the country’s total wind base to 840MW, of which 638MW was built the the last two years after the country revised its renewable energy legislation.
