Portuguese utility EDP Renewables, Canada's Northland Power (NPI) and financier Green Giraffe have joined France’s Engie in its bid for the zero-subsidy tender for the 750MW Hollandse Kust South 3&4 offshore wind zone in the Dutch North Sea, Recharge has learned.

The tender closed in late March and the winning bid will be announced over the next few months, after the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and independent experts have assessed applications on their technical and financial feasibility.
