Enel Green Power has acquired its longstanding Kansas-based wind project partner Tradewind Energy, and immediately announced a deal to sell 6GW of its 13GW renewables and storage US development pipeline to a Macquarie Group subsidiary.
Massachusetts-based Enel Green Power North America (EGPNA) did not release financial details for its acquisition of Tradewind, which took effect Wednesday, Enel spokeswoman Krista Barnaby told Recharge.
