Denmark’s NKT has appointed ABB veteran Alexander Kara as its chief executive as the cable-maker positions itself to “better benefit from green energy transformation”.
Kara, who will take up his new post on 1 August, was most recently senior vice president of ABB’s so-called HUB business unit, where he was responsible for all high-voltage product plants and markets in central and southern Europe.
