Danish wind giant Vestas is considering exporting turbines or components to the Latin America region from its new nacelle assembly plant in Argentina.
“We have to see the evolution of the markets in the region and to see what we are up against … our ambition is that this is another facility in Vestas' global supply chain,” Andrés Gismondi, Vestas Argentina country manager told local trade magazine Energía Estratégica.
