Clean Power Plan's demise having little impact on US market

For the first time in years the Clean Power Plan gets no mention in the US Energy Information Administration’s (EIA) annual energy outlook, yet the government's chief energy forecaster sees renewables catching and surpassing coal-fired generation sooner than ever before.
