JP Morgan Asset Management will buy a 49% share in a 998MW wind portfolio majority-owned and operated by Portugal’s EDPR.
The US finance giant agreed to buy the stake from Vortex Energy, a fund of Middle East investor EFG Hermes which itself bought the share from EDPR in 2016.
The deal covers 56 operating projects in Spain, France, Portugal and Belgium.
