The UK Crown Estate has revealed details of its proposed tender design for the new Round 4 offshore wind leasing process, including the criteria it will use to assess various stages of the process expected to produce around 7GW of new leasing rights.

The UK seabed landlord, at an event attended by more than 130 industry representatives, set out its current thinking on the whole leasing process, including the criteria it will use to assess the pre-qualification (PQQ) and invitation to tender (ITT) stages.
