Skyline Renewables, the US operator launched earlier this year by former Iberdrola Renewables chief executive Martin Mugica, has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in a 460MW wind portfolio in Texas from Starwood Energy.
Skyline will buy a 51% stake in the Horse Creek and Electra wind farms in Haskell and Wilbarger counties, both projects having begun commercial operations last year using GE 2.3MW
