Analysts are asking questions about Canadian wind developers’ investments in France, as the number of quarters of below-average generation pile up and long-term forecasts appear increasingly dubious.

Boralex and Innergex, two Canadian renewables operators with sizeable existing fleets and further growth ambitions in France, recently reported another disappointing quarter of generation from their French wind farms.
