Innogy has completed its acquisition of the 2GW-plus onshore wind pipeline of EverPower after getting the all-clear from US regulators, the German utility said.
Innogy said it will now press on with building out the EverPower projects – with the 200MW Scioto Ridge project in Ohio set to be the first, entering full construction in early 2019.
Scioto Ridge, along with the 126MW Cassadaga and 270MW Baron Winds projects in New York state comprises a trio of projects Innogy wants to bring online by the end of 2020.
