Europe added 4.5GW of wind capacity in the first half of the year and is on course to install 13.5GW in 2018 as a whole, according to latest WindEurope figures.
The first half tally represents a drop on the 6.1GW added in the first six months of 2017 but is in line with expectations, the industry body added.
The H1 additions comprised 3.3GW
