Order intake at the Nordex Group more than doubled in the first half of 2018 to 2.1GW, from 933MW in the year-earlier period, boosted by demand in Brazil, where the OEM recently obtained its largest-ever order for a 595MW wind project in a north-eastern state.
The manufacturer’s order intake in the second quarter alone also jumped, to 1.09GW, from 565.5MW
