Orsted has received the final permits to build an operations and maintenance (O&M) base in the Dutch port of Vlissingen Buitenhaven to serve the 752MW Borssele 1&2 offshore wind farm it is building off the Netherlands.
The Danish developer and Zeeland Seaports signed a letter of intent to build the facility last year, and earlier this year added a further agreement for the land and marine infrastructure.
