After rocketing to the top of the US wind leaderboard last year with a jaw-dropping 1.25GW of new installations, Enel Green Power North America (EGP-NA) is not looking back.
The company, part of Italian utility giant Enel, is aiming to erect a further 1GW annually over the next three years in the US, chief executive Rafael González tells Recharge, and is even contemplating buying an American utility.
