Finnish utility Fortum has signed a multi-year agreement to buy and sell to Nordic electricity markets the wind power produced by financial services group Taaleri, starting on 1 April 2018.

With a capacity of 312MW and an annual production of about 1 terawatt hour, Taaleri’s wind portfolio is the second largest in Finland, and corresponds to about 1.5% of the Nordic country's annual electricity production last year.
