Russia in May and June will hold a two-stage tender for 830MW of wind power capacity for projects to be commissioned in the 2019 to 2023 period, according to information from the NP Market Council that runs the country's wholesale power markets.
The tender will be for 100MW in projects with a delivery date in 2019, 230MW with a 2021 delivery date, and 500MW with a 2023 delivery date.
