German utility Innogy has denied a report that it is due to discuss "scenarios" that include a break-up of the company or a potential sale to Spanish utility Iberdrola or Italian peer Enel.
In a statement to Recharge, Innogy responded to reports in the German media that its supervisory board will meet on March 6 to allegedly discuss scenarios that could potentially include its sale.
