Denmark’s wind industry welcomed parliamentary approval of support for research and demonstration turbines built this year and next outside the country's two national test centres.
The new agreement, which found broad political support in Christiansborg, will provide twenty-year contracts featuring fixed price supplements to turbine owners, and allows for a maximum of 10MW and 25MW to be installed in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
