DNV GL completed a comprehensive due diligence on the 731MW Borssele 3&4 project off the Dutch North Sea coast for private equity fund manager Partners Group, which recently replaced oil major Shell as lead shareholder in the project.
Partners Group had commissioned the due diligence work in preparation for its successful bid to acquire a 45% stake in the offshore project on behalf of its clients.
