US power equipment company AMSC reported its fiscal third quarter loss widened from a year earlier primarily due to lack of wind turbine electronic control system (ECS) deliveries to key international customer Inox Wind in India.
Net loss for the period ending 31 December was $4.24m, or $0.21 per share, versus $2.76m, or $0.20 a year earlier. Revenue in the quarter fell to $14.93m
