Denmark’s Vestas said it will set a new benchmark for turbine towers in Asia when it delivers 13 of its V136-3.45 MW machines to a customer in Thailand.
The machines were ordered by Winchai Co. Ltd. for its 45MW Rom Klao wind farm in the country’s northeast, due for commissioning in Q2 2019.
