Wind operator Iberdrola named Vestas and Siemens Gamesa as the two main winners of a 4.4GW maintenance tender covering its fleet in Spain and Portugal.
The Spanish energy giant signed two- or three-year framework agreements worth a total of €110m ($137m) over the wind farms, all equipped with G4X, G5X and G6X machines produced by the former Gamesa.
