Australia’s Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners has acquired a 223MW portfolio of six operational wind projects in the US states of California, Pennsylvania and West Virginia from NextEra Energy Resources.
Financial terms of the transaction were not made public. The acquisition was made by GlidePath Power Solutions, a Qunbrook portfolio company.
Quinbrook says the wind farms have more than a decade of operating history and contracted electric power sales to multiple investment-grade utilities.
