Siemens Gamesa unveiled 326MW of orders in India, boosting the OEM in a key market that has been a source of pain for the last year.
The orders – which span several IPPs and industrial customers – will see the Spain-based manufacturer install 135 G114 and 28 G97 2MW machines across multiple sites for March 2018 commissioning. As is usual in India, Siemens Gamesa will also handle the full gamut of infrastructure for the wind farms.
