GE Renewable Energy has closed deals to supply 80 turbines for the 200MW first stage of the Persimmon wind farm in Oklahoma and others totaling 40MW nameplate capacity with ALLETE Clean Energy for an unspecified, future project.
GE says the transaction with Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, an Australia-based hedge fund with an office in Houston, includes 73 of its 2.5MW turbines and seven 2.3MW
