German utility E.ON has started construction at the 201MW Stella wind project in Kenedy County, Texas.
The wind park will consist of 67 3MW turbines by German wind OEM Nordex Group.
In parallel with the start of construction of Stella wind farm, E.ON started commercial operation on two wind farms: Bruenning's Breeze in Willacy County, Texas, with a capacity of 228MW and Radford's Run in Macon County, Illinois, with a capacity of 306MW.
