The Nordex Group has won an order to supply and install 58 AW132/3300 machines from the turbine manufacturer’s Acciona Windpower brand at six wind farms across Spain for local renewables company Gas Natural Fenosa Renovables.
The order comes with a multi-year services contract. Construction starts in the summer of this year.
“The Spanish market is regaining momentum after a protracted lull, with international key accounts such as Gas Natural Fenosa holding key strategic significance for us,” says Nordex chief sales officer Patxi Landa.
