Developer Eolus has signed an agreement to sell its Kråktorpet and Nylandsbergen wind farms in Sweden to Aquila Capital in a €264m ($313.5m) deal.
The projects comprise 61 wind turbines with a combined installed capacity of 232MW.
Under the deal, Eolus will construct both wind farms, which will be commissioned during 2019.
The Kråktorpet wind farm will comprise 43 turbines with a capacity of 163.4MW,
