Wind power helped renewables earnings at EnBW to nudge upwards during the first nine months of 2017 as the German utility as a whole is turning to a profit while it re-builds itself into a company based on renewables and grids.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation for the renewables segment rose by 1% to €223.2m ($260.1m) in the nine-months compared to the previous year period.
