US energy group Invenergy notified the Polish government of action under international treaties as it claimed losses of $700m from a “coordinated conspiracy” it says destroyed the viability of its wind farm investments in the country.
Invenergy has sent a letter to Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło, its President and other officials notifying a dispute under the US-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty and the Energy Charter Treaty.
