Germany-based turbine maker Senvion has landed its first order in the fast-growing Argentine wind market after signing a firm order to deliver 97MW for the Vientos Los Hércules wind farm.
Senvion will deliver the 17 3.6M114 NES machines in the coming months, ahead of the project’s completion in December 2018.
The company said that the turbines to be sent to Argentina were developed with the region’s wind conditions in mind.
